What is PS?

Imagine having an airport virtually all to yourself. PS is a private luxury terminal serving commercial flights at LAX and ATL. Far removed from the chaos of the surrounding airport and just steps away from the airfield, we offer the ease, privacy and security of the private flight experience for commercial travel.

 

With unprecedented access, PS has the only private partnership with both TSA and Customs and Border Protection, our guests move seamlessly through arrivals and departures. A team of expert Agents works behind the scenes to choreograph every step of the pre- or post-flight experience. Sail through our private, line-free TSA screening, access dedicated customs and immigration services on arrival and relax as our drivers escort you across the airfield directly to/from your aircraft. All without stepping inside of the main terminal. Guests also enjoy luxurious lounges or Private Suites, chef-prepared food, spa services and more, all while our Control Room coordinates with government, security and airline officials to ensure the utmost efficiency, safety, and privacy.

 

Waiting in lines, maneuvering through crowds and handling unwieldy luggage are things of the past at PS. So is the airport experience you’ve come to know.

How is PS different from lounges at the airport?

PS is not at the airport, it is a “back door” to the airport.

 

PS offers luxurious, first-of-its-kind service that traditional airport lounges do not, beginning with a private, traffic-free entrance adjacent to LAX or ATL and a team of dedicated Agents assigned to each traveling party to ensure a smooth, stress-free journey from start to finish. Here are all the ways PS is different.

Is PS for commercial or private flights?

PS is designed for commercial flights, providing an unparalleled luxury experience for commercial travelers, featuring many of the conveniences of flying private. If you are flying commercial, or connecting to or from a private flight, you are welcome to join us.

Does PS work with all commercial flights?

Yes. PS works with nearly all major airlines.

What is the difference between a Private Suite and The Salon?

Private Suites at PS are private, spacious and designed for maximum comfort with minimum visibility. With an entertainment center, fully stocked snack and beverage bar and an ensuite bathroom, each suite hosts up to six people comfortably and can be customized to better entertain children or pets, for an airport experience unlike anything you’ve experienced before.

 

The Salon is a communal lounge space that allows individual travelers to enjoy a social experience at PS.

How many locations does PS have?

At this time, PS is located at LAX and ATL. However, we have plans to open locations at other major airports across the country. DFW and MIA will be added in 2024. Join our mailing list to be the first to hear about exciting new PS locations.

Pricing and Membership
Is Annual Membership required?

No. Annual Members and One-Day Members can experience PS. Annual Membership is not required to reserve the PS experience, but is recommended for those who travel through LAX and ATL more than twice a year. With Annual Membership, guests receive reduced per-use fees, priority reservations, as well as included amenities such as complimentary valet.

Is pricing different when flying to and from multiple PS locations?

Both Members and Non-Members receive a 25% discount on all reservations when reserving dual-PS service for flights with PS locations at origin and destination.

What is the price of services at PS?

What are the Membership and per-use fees for The All Access Membership?

The annual fee for The All Access Membership is $4,850. For The All Access Member, the Private Suite experience is $3,550 one-way for up to four travelers. Each additional traveler is $500. The All Access Private Suite includes complimentary valet parking and car wash for one vehicle for up to 30 nights on departure, as well as complimentary spa services and amenities on request, available on both arrival and departure. 

 

The Salon experience for The All Access Member is $750 per person per visit, including complimentary valet parking for one vehicle for up to two nights and car wash for one vehicle on departure.

 

The All Access Membership receives priority reservations, a preferred cancellation policy, and the ability to buy Pre-Purchase Memberships with preferential rates.

What are the Membership and per-use fees for The Salon Membership?

The annual fee for The Salon Membership is $1,250. The Salon experience is $850 per person per visit, inclusive of complimentary valet parking for one vehicle for up to two nights on departure.

 

For The Salon Member, the Private Suite experience is $4,850 one-way for up to four travelers. Each additional traveler is $800.

 

The Salon Member receives priority reservations and a preferred cancellation policy.

What are the fees for a One-Day Member without an Annual Membership?

For One-Day Members, the Private Suite experience is $4,850 one-way for up to four travelers. Each additional traveler is $800.

 

Spa services and other amenities are available with Private Suite service at an additional cost:

 

  • Manicure: $120 per service
  • Chair or table massage: $150 per service
  • Haircut or barber service: $100 per service
  • Valet parking: $90 per vehicle, per night
  • Vehicle wash: $100 per vehicle

 

The Salon experience for customers without an Annual Membership is $1,095 per person one-way. Other amenities are available with The Salon experience at an additional cost:

 

  • Valet parking: $90 per vehicle, per night
  • Vehicle wash: $100 per vehicle
Which Membership is best for me?

We recommend The All Access Membership for guests who typically travel with their spouse, children under 18, or pets. The All Access Membership provides reduced per use fees for Private Suite service for discerning travelers who prefer the utmost in privacy. The All Access Membership also provides access to PS Direct allowing Members to get chauffeured directly to their home or hotel from the door of the commercial aircraft. 

 

We recommend The Salon Membership for the individual traveler who wants to skip the chaos of the airport and enjoy the benefits of PS in a shared, social setting.

What is a Pre-Purchase Membership?

For our Annual Members who travel through LAX or ATL frequently, we offer the ability to buy multiple PS uses in advance at a reduced rate. Packages start at 10 flights (five roundtrip flights) and escalate on a buy-more save-more scale.

Can my family use my Membership?

Yes. A spouse or partner and children under 18 are included in The All Access Membership and we look forward to welcoming the entire family. A spouse or partner are included in The Salon Membership, however no guests under 21 are permitted in The Salon. Member benefits extend to all Members traveling individually or together.

Can children travel through PS?

For the Private Suite experience, children of all ages are welcome, and children under the age of two may join us on a complimentary basis.

 

No guests under 21 are permitted in The Salon.

What is included in the price of a reservation?

Price is inclusive of PS services, including a private, line-free TSA screening, dedicated customs and immigration services on arrival, and expert drivers trained on the airfield to take guests directly to their aircrafts. Guests also enjoy our garden, chef-prepared food, and more. All taxes and fees are included in the price.

 

Transportation to and from the PS terminal is not included, but can be arranged by PS upon request. Flight tickets are also not included and must be reserved independently of PS.

 

For guests without Annual Memberships, additional fees apply for valet parking, vehicle cleaning, and any requested spa services.

Reservations
Do I have to reserve a roundtrip service?

No. PS welcomes reservations for one-way, connection, and roundtrip services.

What is PS Dual-Service?

With multiple PS locations, currently at LAX and ATL, guests are able to reserve PS services for takeoff and landing if PS services their origin and destination airports. Dual-Service reservations receive a 25% discount for Members and Non-Members.

Does PS facilitate connections/layovers?

Yes. Guests with a connection or layover can purchase a connection service and are treated to both the arrival and departure service from PS in one day. Connections are charged per leg of travel (both plane pickup and plane drop-off) with a 25% discount off total cost.

Do I buy my plane ticket separately?

Yes. Confirmed flight reservations are required prior to making a PS reservation. Your reservation with us covers the luxurious PS travel experience at our terminal, excluding airfare.

What information do I need in order to reserve PS?

It is best to reserve your PS experience at least 48 hours in advance of your flight arrival or departure time. We require the following information to process your reservation:

 

  • Traveler information including passport details on international flights
  • Flight information including PNR/Confirmation number for each guest in your traveling party
  • Credit card to process the reservation and any incidentals

 

We also kindly request the total number of luggage you are checking to allow us to provide the most seamless travel experience possible.

 

PS requires at least 24 hours’ notice to process your reservation. Reservations requested with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 45% service fee, should we be able to accommodate.

How far in advance do you accept reservations?

Reservations may be reserved up to 6 months in advance. Kindly note that we require at least 24 hours notice to process reservations. This allows us to coordinate with airlines, TSA and U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and to comply with airport safety regulations. Reservations requested with less than 24 hours notice from flight arrival or departure time will incur a 45% service fee.

What is the cancellation policy?

Annual Members:

 

  • Reservation changes less than 48 hours before travel: 20% charge
  • Cancellation less than 48 hours before travel: 80% of reservation cost to be credited toward future reservation
  • Cancellation or reservation changes more than 48 hours before travel: 100% of reservation cost to be credited toward future reservation

 

One-Day Members:

 

  • Reservation changes less than 48 hours before travel: 50% charge
  • Reservation changes more than 48 hours before travel: 100% of reservation cost to be credited toward future reservation
  • Cancellation less than 48 hours before travel: No refund or credit
  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before travel: 80% of reservation cost to be credited toward future reservation

 

Exceptions may be made for airline cancellations or changes. If your carrier has stopped service for your particular flight or if they have made a schedule change on your behalf, notify our Member Services team in order to receive a full credit. You may be requested to supply confirmation of the change from your airline.

Is PS kid-friendly?

Absolutely — we’re delighted to welcome the entire family for the Private Suite experience. We offer a variety of services for young travelers including a toy menu, kid-approved meal selections, and a private outdoor play space with an array of entertaining games. We also offer bassinets upon request for little ones in need of rest.

 

Guests under 21 are not permitted in The Salon.

Is PS pet-friendly?

Pets are allowed in the Private Suite experience, however are not allowed in The Salon. As long as your pet meets your chosen airline’s regulations and approval, we are happy to accommodate traveling animals and even designed our terminal and Private Suite with them in mind. Guests and their pets are invited to enjoy our Private Suites, pet-friendly garden and our provided pet accessories. We do require that all traveling animals be included on the reservation and have the required paperwork and airline notifications.

Is PS wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Please let us know the nature of any mobility assistance needs at the time of reservation to allow us to make the appropriate accommodations.

Do I have to fly first class to use PS?

No. Any traveler regardless of their seat is welcome to use PS.

The Experience
Do I have to get to the airport early? I usually time my travel so that I spend a minimal amount of time at the airport. Will using PS save me time?

The PS experience saves every guest time by offering a line-free, crowd-free, seamless travel experience, however we are still bound by airline requirements around check-in and checked luggage processing. We recommend arriving 90 minutes before a domestic flight and two hours before an international flight if you are checking luggage.

 

Many of our guests enjoy their time at PS so much, they opt to arrive even earlier to relax and take full advantage of our services, including:

 

  • Massages, manicures and barber services (for Private Suite guests)
  • Delicious food and beverage selections
  • Ample space for business meetings and calls
  • Quality family time in our garden
What on-site amenities are available?

Our luxury on-site amenities include:

 

  • Ensuite bathrooms for every Private Suite, with a spa-shower upon request
  • Complimentary snacks, beverages, and travel amenities
  • State of the art televisions and entertainment devices
  • A team of Agents assigned exclusively to you to assist in any capacity during your experience
Is smoking allowed on site?

Yes, smoking is allowed outdoors.

Can I order food?

Yes. While confirming your reservation, you will be provided a menu from which to select items to enjoy during your experience. 

Can PS accommodate food allergies?

Absolutely. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions at the time of reservation.

How much time can I spend at PS?

Guests are welcome to arrive up to three hours before their scheduled flight or stay for up to three hours upon arrival.

 

If departing flights are delayed, guests may stay at PS for up to 6 hours. Connection services can be accommodated for a maximum of 6 hours in between flights. If your time between flights is longer than 6 hours, PS can arrange for transportation to and from the hotel of your choice.

Can I spend the night at PS?

While PS is designed to accommodate unexpected delays, overnight stays are not possible. A hotel reservation is recommended in such cases.   

The Process
What time should I arrive?

In order for checked luggage to be loaded on the flight, we ask that guests arrive 90 minutes before a domestic flight and two hours before an international flight. Note that this can vary depending on the airline for guests not checking luggage. Please ask our Member Services team should you have any questions.

Can I have non-traveling guests join me?

Yes. Guests with Private Suite reservations may have non-traveling visitors join you at PS and indulge in all of our amenities.

 

For The Salon experience, non-traveling guests are not permitted.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Our team of Agents will keep you abreast of relevant updates and will present you with all possible options. If your flight is delayed, assuming availability, you are invited to relax in your Private Suite or await your flight in The Salon. Either way, you will be well taken care of.

I'm departing from LAX, how do I board the flight?

Guests are escorted from our terminal to a private car and taken across the airfield directly to their aircraft—an unprecedented level of exclusive airport access. An Agent will then accompany guests to the jet-bridge stairs or elevator and to the aircraft door for the ultimate boarding process.

I'm arriving to LAX, what happens when I get off the aircraft?

Guests are met at the aircraft door by a dedicated Agent, who will escort them from the jet bridge directly onto the airfield, where a private car awaits at the foot of the aircraft. Guests are then driven across the airfield to the PS terminal–an unprecedented level of exclusive airport access–where they are invited to wait for any checked luggage.

 

When arriving from an international flight, our guests experience line-free customs and immigration processing at our terminal.
