Kitchen Release

Atlanta, GA (December 16, 2024) – PS, the premier private luxury terminal for commercial flights, opened its doors at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport in 2023, bringing a reimagined pre- and post-flight experience to the nation’s busiest airport. Now, a year later, PS ATL is thrilled to announce the opening of a reimagined kitchen led by PS Executive Chef Matt Roman and PS ATL Chef de Cuisine Morgan Heller. Together, they are committed to offering travelers globally inspired, locally sourced, and regionally specific flavors that define the PS culinary experience.

Guests can look forward to cherished PS dishes like the beloved PS Burger and taste new creations that capture Atlanta’s spirit, including party wings tossed in a bold Georgia peach and habanero buffalo sauce. Similar to the PS LAX culinary experience, the inaugural PS ATL kitchen will change with the seasons, providing Executive Chef Matt Roman and Chef de Cuisine Morgan Heller bountiful opportunities to highlight the rich culinary history and ingredients of Georgia and its surrounding areas.

“Creating dishes that help travelers connect with a destination on a deeper level has always been the goal with our PS kitchens. We are proud to bring Southern fare to the PS ATL experience where our guests can now savor the flavors and culinary treasures of Georgia, before stepping on or off their plane,” said Executive Chef Matt Roman.

Executive Chef Matt Roman, the creative force behind the first PS kitchen at PS LAX, boasts over two decades of culinary experience, cultivated at top Southern California restaurants and Le Cordon Bleu. Roman’s culinary vision when he joined PS in 2022 was to connect travelers with the local flavors of Los Angeles – a goal he successfully achieved and strives to replicate at PS ATL. Helping in Roman’s PS ATL vision is Chef de Cuisine Morgan Heller, a Le Cordon Bleu alumni with a number of Michelin Bib Gourmand awards. Driven by a passion for culinary innovation, Heller is constantly experimenting with new techniques and flavors, promising PS ATL travelers a unique dining experience during every visit.

PS ATL also proudly features local brands and products for travelers to experience, including tap coffee from Brash Coffee Roasters, flavored crackers from Georgia Sourdough Co., fresh almond butter from Georgia Grinders and more.

“Part of the PS magic is being able to immerse yourself into the local culture through the vendors and flavors we showcase. Our goal is to bring that experience we’ve cultivated in Los Angeles – paired with our exceptional service to every PS location, starting with Atlanta and beyond,” said PS CEO Amina Porter.

PS ATL’s kitchen is now open and ready to welcome travelers. To stay up to date with PS news, along with more information on PS ATL, please visit www.reservePS.com.
