Menu exquisitely curated by Executive Chef Matt Roman and Sous Chef Crystal Kim.
Everything on our menu is prepared to order when you arrive to PS. Please allow 15-20 minutes for our chef to freshly create hot menu items. Upon request, all items on our food menu can be packaged for departing flights or for your vehicle.

Alfred Chagaccino (Hot/Iced) – the Chagaccino is a blend of Chaga (functional wild-harvested mushroom), cacao, cinnamon, vanilla, monkfruit, milk of choice, topped with a double-shot of Espresso
Matcha Latte (Hot/Iced) – Alfred’s own shade-grown, single-origin, tea-master blended matcha with the milk of your choice
Sweetener: Alfred’s world famous vanilla syrup
