GENERAL PS SERVICES

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL PERSONS USING PS, VISITORS AND GUESTS. ENTRY UPON THE PREMISES OF PS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

 

PS, PS LAX, PS ATL, and all logos, marks, and trade usage are protected by copyright and trademark laws of the United States. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. Use of facilities at PS is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Use of PS shall constitute your acceptance of these terms.

 

PS LAX is a Members-only private club operated by The Private Suite LLC.

 

Whenever the term “PS”, “we”, “our” or “us” is used herein, it shall refer to PS LAX. “You” and “Your” shall refer to the Member and those using the PS LAX with the Member.

SPECIAL NOTES FOR AGENTS & DESIGNEES

Agents or designees acting on behalf of Members are obligated to ensure that Members are made fully aware of these Terms and Conditions, under which PS has agreed to provide Service. PS is relying upon you to fully inform Members of these Terms and Conditions, either by providing Members a printed copy, by asking Members to review these Terms and Conditions online, or by informing Members in some other way.

Access to Services and Facilities

Membership and use fees apply as indicated in the “Rates, Reservations, and Cancellations” section below. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Use of PS facilities constitutes your consent to submit all charges to your credit card on file. Membership in PS entitles each Member to the benefits below, subject to the By-Laws of the Club and all of these Terms and Conditions. Additional charges may apply to special services not included in your membership level.

 

Private Suite reservations may be used for a maximum of three hours (6 hours for connecting passengers using the Private Suite service) subject to availability.  PS reserves the right to limit use to a maximum of two hours and/or to transfer passengers to a shared environment after the two hour maximum when capacity is exceeded. 

 

PS assumes no responsibility for any damage or loss arising from use of Internet access.

Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

– Reservations requested upon less than 24-hours’ notice will be accommodated subject to availability, airline and CBP/TSA regulations, and will incur an additional service fee of 45% of the published Member use fee.
– Reservation changes less than 48 hours before travel: 20% charge
– Cancellation less than 48 hours before travel: 80% of reservation cost to be credited toward future reservation

– Cancellation more than 48 hours before travel: 100% of reservation cost to be credited toward future reservation

– No show reservations: No refund or credit
Exceptions may be made for airline cancellations or changes. If your carrier has stopped service for your particular flight or if they have made a schedule change on your behalf, notify our Member Services team in order to receive a full credit. You may be requested to supply confirmation of the change from your airline.

PS Direct Services

The PS Direct service is available at PS LAX on Domestic Arrivals Only.

 

The PS Direct service rate for The All Access Membership is $750 per person. Additional fees may apply for large vehicles needed for larger parties. PS Direct service includes local transportation within 25 miles of PS. Additional mileage may incur additional charges.

The PS Direct service rate for The Salon Membership is $850 per person. Additional fees may apply for large vehicles needed for larger parties. PS Direct service includes local transportation within 25 miles of PS. Additional mileage may incur additional charges.

The PS Direct service rate for One-Day Members is $1,095 per person. Additional fees may apply for large vehicles needed for larger parties. PS Direct service includes local transportation within 25 miles of PS. Additional mileage may incur additional charges.

 

PS Direct service includes:

  • Transportation from aircraft door directly to your home or hotel* (no stops at PS)
  • Freshly prepared boxed meal upon landing (as requested)
  • Complimentary KIN tonic upon arrival
  • Complimentary choice of beverages and chilled water
  • Complimentary periodicals of your selection delivered upon arrival
  • Complimentary personal wellness kit
  • Complimentary same-day luggage delivery to home or hotel (no quantity limit)

 

*PS Direct service includes local transportation within 25 miles of PS LAX. Additional mileage may incur additional charges.

 

PS shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property occurring in the course of transportation except in instances of the gross negligence or willful misconduct of PS or its employees.

Special Additional Services

Professional services available for the Private Suite service level (e.g. manicure, massage, hair, etc.) for The All Access Members require a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours advance reservation. Other special or additional services requested with at least 24 hours’ notice will be accommodated whenever practical and possible. Any costs, charges, or expenses incurred in the delivery of such special additional services will be charged directly to Your account in addition to standard fees and charges.

 

The All Access Members and Salon Members receive one of each of the below services, at no charge, per Private Suite reservation. 

  • Manicure
  • Chair or table massage
  • Haircut or barber service

 

One-Day Members may purchase the below services for an additional charge for Private Suite reservations.

  • Manicure: $120 per service
  • Chair or table massage: $150 per service
  • Haircut or barber service: $100 per service

 

These services are supplied by independent licensed professionals and PS is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from these services. Gratuities to licensed professional service providers is in the discretion of the guest.

 

Valet Parking** and vehicle cleanings are available at PS.

 

All Access Members with Private Suite level service receive complimentary valet parking for up to 30 nights on departure reservations. This complimentary parking with the Private Suite applies to one vehicle and also includes complimentary vehicle cleaning for one vehicle by request. Thereafter, a parking fee of $90 per night will be assessed. For second or additional vehicles, and for arrival reservations, a parking fee of $90 per night, per vehicle will be assessed.

 

The Salon Members with Private Suite level service may purchase valet parking for $90 per vehicle per night and vehicle cleaning for $100 per vehicle.  

 

One-day Members with Private Suite level service may purchase valet parking for $90 per vehicle per night and vehicle cleaning for $100 per vehicle.

 

PS is not responsible for any articles left in Your vehicle or for any damage or loss not caused by the grossly negligent acts or willful misconduct of Our personnel. Any damage or loss must be reported to Us before You leave the premises. Failure to report any damage or loss prior to Your departure waives all claims for such damage or loss.

Special Logistical Services

Members receiving services at PS may be charged fees for handling and processing of luggage in excess of the airline allowance. Members are expected to make any special arrangements for excess weight or oversized bags directly with the airline carrier in advance of travel. For information on luggage restrictions applicable to the passenger’s airline, please contact the airline directly. PS assumes no liability for any consequences arising from the attempted processing or airline non-acceptance of excess luggage.

 

Members may host a maximum of two (2) non-traveling guests in their Private Suite. Non-traveling guests are expected to leave the PS facility before or at the same time as the Member. Members agree to provide names and contact information for non-traveling guests in advance. Members shall remain responsible for the conduct of such non-traveling guests in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Membership Renewals

Annual Membership renewal fees will be billed to the credit card on file until terminated by You. Cancellations less than 45 days after renewal will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 90 days after renewal will receive a 50% refund. After 90 days, no refunds will be issued for Membership cancellations.

Limitations & Membership Rules

Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult while using or visiting PS (other than The Salon which has a minimum age of 21). No person under the age of 21 may consume alcohol in, on, or around PS. Violation of this regulation may result in forfeiture of fees and/or revocation of Membership.

 

Use of PS facilities is by reservation only. A confirmed airline reservation is required to make a reservation. Members are expected to create and maintain a current account with PS in order to reserve service. Members are solely responsible to provide accurate and complete information and to maintain all personal information current. PS is not responsible for inaccurate or outdated information supplied by Members. All accounts must include a valid credit card which will be kept on file. All charges for Membership, Use Fees, and other Expenses approved or requested by You will be charged to Your account.

 

Reservations must be completed at least 24-hours in advance of the departing or arriving flight time. Reservations requested upon less than 24-hours’ notice will be accommodated subject to availability, airline and CBP/TSA regulations, and will incur an additional service fee of 45% of the published Member use fee.

 

PS facilities must be used in compliance with State and Federal laws at all times. Violation of this rule may result in revocation of Membership without refund of any unused fees or dues. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of PS except designated smoking areas. Use of narcotics, drugs, or illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

 

Members and others admitted to PS are responsible to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner and must not approach any other passengers or disclose the presence of such passengers to any third party. Photography, video, and audio recordings of any person not in your travelling party is prohibited. Any invasive or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited. PS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove individuals from the premises in the event of inappropriate or invasive conduct.

 

PS reserves the right to decline service to any person.

 

When using PS services, all luggage to be checked must arrive at PS facility prior to the time specified by your airline but in no event later than 120 minutes prior to international flight departure time, and no later than 90 minutes prior to domestic flight departure time. At the time of your final confirmation email, you will be provided an arrival time window. Members and luggage arriving later than the specified arrival window may result in delays in service and might not be accepted or boarded by airlines. In the event a Member’s actions prevent successful service, any charges are non-refundable and non-transferable. PS shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or luggage handling errors caused by regulatory agencies, airlines, luggage handling crews, or others, once luggage leaves possession of Our personnel. PS has no liability for jewelry, precious metals, cash, or any other high value personal property in any luggage whether or not such contents are known to PS.

 

PS personnel do not board aircraft or enter the luggage hold to retrieve luggage. Regulations require that we wait until the airline offloads, identifies, and delivers checked luggage. That process is beyond Our control and we are not responsible for any delays resulting therefrom.

 

Passengers must comply with airline terms and conditions (including any luggage restrictions) at all times. PS is not responsible for airline scheduling errors, ticketing errors, delays, or other circumstances beyond Our reasonable control.

 

PS will not intervene in disputes between an airline and Members or their guests, or between TSA, CBP or other governmental agencies, Members, or their guests. While at PS, Members and their guests must comply with any direction or instruction given by any PS staff member, Los Angeles World Airports Police Department, ATL, LAX, TSA, CBP officers or other governmental agencies. Members and their guests must comply with all applicable security, customs and immigration regulations. PS is not responsible for delays resulting from any act or omission of the aforementioned agencies.

 

PS reserves the right to charge a Member’s account for any damage caused to PS facilities, and for any items that are removed from the facilities without permission of PS by Members or their guests.

Service Animals

PS permits Trained Service Animals (as defined by the United States Department of Transportation) to enter into all areas on-site, including The Salon and Private Suites, subject to the following:

 

The Service Animal must not:

  • Pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others;
  • Cause a significant disruption at PS; or
  • Violate any applicable health requirements – e.g., applicable quarantine rules from animals arriving from international countries
Pets (including Emotional Support animals)

Pets, including without limitation Emotional Support animals, are not permitted in The Salon at any time. Members wishing to travel with pets may utilize Private Suites, subject to the following:

 

The Member must have received permission from the applicable air carrier to travel with the pet and complied with all of its requirements (PS does not accept any responsibility with respect to whether the air carrier permits the pet to travel in cabin or any limitations that might apply).

 

The pet must not:

  • Pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others;
  • Cause a significant disruption at PS; or
  • Violate any applicable health requirements – e.g., applicable quarantine rules from animals arriving from international countries
Airline Delays

In the event of airline delay beyond the designated period of Your reservation, PS will make every effort to continue to accommodate Your use of the facility. However, PS reserves the right to relocate the Member to a shared lounge or off-site facilities, including airline lounges when necessary. PS is not responsible for airline delays of any kind.

PS Reservation System

All passengers using PS are expected to have a confirmed flight reservation before reserving services with PS and will be asked to provide the confirmation number at the time of reservation. All passengers require valid photo identification, and in the case of international flights, valid passports. Members are solely responsible for meeting all applicable TSA and Customs requirements.

 

Reservations must be completed at least 24-hours in advance of the departing or arriving flight time.

 

Reservations requested upon less than 24-hours’ notice will be accommodated subject to availability, airline and CBP/TSA regulations, and will incur an additional service fee of 45% of the published Member use fee.

 

Advance reservation does not guarantee service. All services at PS are subject to operational capacity and availability.

 

Members requiring wheelchair assistance or requiring other special accommodations are expected to inform PS when making the reservation.

 

Prices set forth on the PS website or in any quotation may be changed or withdrawn by PS at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect Membership fees, services, or reservations that have already been paid. Payment of any applicable use fees for PS is due at the time of reservation and will be charged to Your account directly. All fees are subject to cancellation policies set forth in these Terms and Conditions. A valid credit card is required to create your account with PS and all charges and fees will be charged directly to that account.

 

PS is not obligated to accept any reservation. If a reservation is accepted, a confirmation notice will be sent via email, and such confirmed reservation shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions described herein.

 

Members utilizing agents or third parties to make reservations shall be deemed to be aware of and accept these Terms and Conditions (including those pertaining to the provision of personal and travel information). In such cases, the full name(s) of the passenger(s) with confirmed flight reservations must be specified. Any person using an Agent or third party to make reservations with PS shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Exclusions

Members using PS services are responsible for monitoring airline schedules and any potential changes to flight times prior to their arrival at PS. Current flight information will be available at PS. PS reserves the right to cancel reservations for any reason including, without limitation, operational, safety, capacity, or security requirements. In the event of cancellation by PS any fee paid for that use will be refunded. IN SUCH INSTANCES, PS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR LOSS ARISING FROM SUCH CANCELLATION.

 

PS accepts no liability for losses, delays or disruptions incurred as a result of:

  • Incorrect information being supplied to PS by its Members, their delegates and associates, or by airlines;
  • Acts or omissions of any third party including independent service providers, airlines, security, and border control authorities;
  • Ground handlers or third party transport arranged by or on behalf of the Member;
  • Any loss or delay caused by matters beyond the reasonable control of PS, including but not limited to: riot, civil unrest, strikes, interruption of power, airport orders; or orders of any other civil authority, natural disasters, TSA/CBP requirements or orders, security alerts, etc.;
  • Flight delays or cancellations, or unannounced gate changes.

 

PS shall not be liable to any Member, under any conditions, for any:

  • Loss of profits;
  • Loss of revenue;
  • Loss of use;
  • Loss of or corruption to data or information;
  • Indirect, punitive, incidental, reliance, special, exemplary or consequential damages of any kind.

 

Except for gross negligence or willful misconduct by PS or its employees, Our total aggregate liability in contract, tort (including negligence), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise in connection with the use of PS shall not exceed the per use or Membership fee actually paid by the Member.

 

PS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to visit reservePS.com regularly to check for updates. These Terms and Conditions may not be modified by language contained in any purchase order, invoice, or other business form.

Privacy Policy

By using our services or our website, you, or your authorized representatives on your behalf, agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, which Privacy Policy is expressly incorporated herein by reference. Our Privacy Policy provides further information regarding the use of personal data we may collect from you and/or your authorized representatives. PS reserves the right to modify the Privacy Policy from time to time. We encourage you to review our Privacy Policy at https://reserveps.com/privacy-policy/ for more detailed information and any updates.

**Valet Parking

Valet parking is provided by Douglas Parking (http://www.douglasparking.com/), an unaffiliated independent contractor.  Vehicles may be parked on or off site as space allows. PLEASE NOTE:  The acceptance of valet parking services constitutes an agreement between the vehicle owner, and PS and Douglas that (1) PS and Douglas are not responsible for loss or damage to any vehicle as a result of fire, theft, ordinary or gross negligence, or otherwise, unless it shall appear that the loss or damage was caused by a willful act of PS, Douglas, or its employees. (2) PS and Douglas are not responsible for articles left in vehicles. Please remove anything of value from your vehicle. (3) All claims for any loss or damage must be presented before vehicle leaves our facility. (4) Employees are not authorized to change the terms of the agreement.

The Salon is a shared, non-private space. Transportation to and from the aircraft will take place on the terminal’s airfield, and may include a shared SUV or van with other passengers going to nearby gates or terminals.

 

The use fees for The Salon are “per person.”  Non-traveling guests, persons under the age of 21, and pets or emotional support animals (ESAs) are not permitted in The Salon.

All Access Members with The Salon level service receive complimentary valet parking for up to 2 nights on departure reservations. This complimentary parking with The Salon applies to one vehicle and also includes complimentary vehicle cleaning for one vehicle by request. Thereafter, a parking fee of $90 per night will be assessed. For second or additional vehicles, and for arrival reservations, a parking fee of $90 per night, per vehicle will be assessed.

 

The Salon Members with The Salon level service receive complimentary valet parking for one vehicle for up to 2 nights on departure reservations. Thereafter, a parking fee of $90 per night will be assessed. For second or additional vehicles, and for arrival reservations, a parking fee of $90 per night, per vehicle will be assessed. Vehicle cleaning for The Salon level service is $100 per vehicle.

 

One-day Members with The Salon level service may purchase valet parking for $90 per vehicle per night and vehicle cleaning for $100 per vehicle.

 

PS is not responsible for any articles left in Your vehicle or for any damage or loss not caused by the grossly negligent acts or willful misconduct of Our personnel. Any damage or loss must be reported to Us before You leave the premises. Failure to report any damage or loss prior to Your departure waives all claims for such damage or loss.

Special Logistical Services

Members receiving services at PS may be charged fees for handling and processing of luggage in excess of the airline allowance. Members are expected to make any special arrangements for excess weight or oversized bags directly with the airline carrier in advance of travel. For information on luggage restrictions applicable to the passenger’s airline, please contact the airline directly. PS assumes no liability for any consequences arising from the attempted processing or airline non-acceptance of excess luggage.

Membership Renewals

Annual Membership renewal fees will be billed to the credit card on file until terminated by You. Cancellations less than 45 days after renewal will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 90 days after renewal will receive a 50% refund. After 90 days, no refunds will be issued for Membership cancellations.

Limitations & Membership Rules

Persons under the age of 21 are restricted from using The Salon. No person under the age of 21 may consume alcohol in, on, or around PS. Violation of this regulation may result in forfeiture of fees and/or revocation of Membership.

 

Pets or emotional support animals (ESAs) are not permitted in The Salon. Members who intend to travel with a pet or ESA should contact PS Member Services to reserve the Private Suite service.

 

Use of PS facilities is by reservation only. A confirmed airline reservation is required to make a reservation. Members are expected to create and maintain a current account with PS in order to reserve service. Members are solely responsible to provide accurate and complete information and to maintain all personal information current. PS is not responsible for inaccurate or outdated information supplied by Members. All accounts must include a valid credit card which will be kept on file. All charges for Membership, Use Fees, and other Expenses approved or requested by You will be charged to Your account.

 

Reservations must be completed at least 24-hours in advance of the departing or arriving flight time. Reservations requested upon less than 24-hours’ notice will be accommodated subject to availability, airline and CBP/TSA regulations, and will incur an additional service fee of 45% of the published Member use fee.

 

PS facilities must be used in compliance with State and Federal laws at all times. Violation of this rule may result in revocation of Membership without refund of any unused fees or dues. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of PS except designated smoking areas. Use of narcotics, drugs, or illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

 

Members and others admitted to PS are responsible to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner and must not approach any other passengers or disclose the presence of such passengers to any third party. Photography, video, and audio recordings of any person not in your travelling party is prohibited. The Salon is a shared space and Members are responsible for avoiding the inclusion of other guests in any such recordings. Any invasive or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited. PS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove individuals from the premises in the event of inappropriate or invasive conduct.

 

PS reserves the right to decline service to any person.

 

When using PS services, all luggage to be checked must arrive at PS facility prior to the time specified by your airline but in no event later than 120 minutes prior to international flight departure time, and no later than 90 minutes prior to domestic flight departure time. At the time of your final confirmation email, you will be provided an arrival time window. Members and luggage arriving later than the specified arrival window may result in delays in service and might not be accepted or boarded by airlines. In the event a Member’s actions prevent successful service, any charges are non-refundable and non-transferable. PS shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or luggage handling errors caused by regulatory agencies, airlines, luggage handling crews, or others, once luggage leaves possession of Our personnel. PS has no liability for jewelry, precious metals, cash, or any other high value personal property in any luggage whether or not such contents are known to PS.

 

PS personnel do not board aircraft or enter the luggage hold to retrieve luggage. Regulations require that we wait until the airline offloads, identifies, and delivers checked luggage. That process is beyond Our control and we are not responsible for any delays resulting therefrom.

 

Passengers must comply with airline terms and conditions (including any luggage restrictions) at all times. PS is not responsible for airline scheduling errors, ticketing errors, delays, or other circumstances beyond Our reasonable control.

 

PS will not intervene in disputes between an airline and Members or their guests, or between TSA, CBP or other governmental agencies, Members, or their guests. While at PS, Members and their guests must comply with any direction or instruction given by any PS staff member, Los Angeles World Airports Police Department, ATL, LAX, TSA, CBP officers or other governmental agencies. Members and their guests must comply with all applicable security, customs and immigration regulations. PS is not responsible for delays resulting from any act or omission of the aforementioned agencies.

 

PS reserves the right to charge a Member’s account for any damage caused to PS facilities, and for any items that are removed from the facilities without permission of PS by Members or their guests.

Service Animals

PS permits Trained Service Animals (as defined by the United States Department of Transportation) to enter into all areas on-site, including The Salon and Private Suites, subject to the following:

 

The Service Animal must not:

  • Pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others;
  • Cause a significant disruption at PS; or
  • Violate any applicable health requirements – e.g., applicable quarantine rules from animals arriving from international countries
Pets (including Emotional Support animals)

Pets, including without limitation Emotional Support animals, are not permitted in The Salon at any time. Members wishing to travel with pets may utilize Private Suites, subject to the following:

 

The Member must have received permission from the applicable air carrier to travel with the pet and complied with all of its requirements (PS does not accept any responsibility with respect to whether the air carrier permits the pet to travel in cabin or any limitations that might apply).

 

The pet must not:

  • Pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others;
  • Cause a significant disruption at PS; or
  • Violate any applicable health requirements – e.g., applicable quarantine rules from animals arriving from international countries
Airline Delays

In the event of airline delay beyond the designated period of Your reservation, PS will make every effort to continue to accommodate Your use of the facility. However, PS reserves the right to relocate the Member to off-site facilities, including airline lounges when necessary. PS is not responsible for airline delays of any kind.

PS Reservation System

All passengers using PS are expected to have a confirmed flight reservation before reserving services with PS and will be asked to provide the confirmation number at the time of reservation. All passengers require valid photo identification, and in the case of international flights, valid passports. Members are solely responsible for meeting all applicable TSA and Customs requirements.

 

Reservations must be completed at least 24-hours in advance of the departing or arriving flight time.

 

Reservations requested upon less than 24 hours-notice will be accommodated subject to availability, airline and CBP/TSA regulations, and will incur an additional service fee of 45% of the published Member use fee.

 

Advance reservation does not guarantee service. All services at PS are subject to operational capacity and availability.

 

Members requiring wheelchair assistance or requiring other special accommodations are expected to inform PS when making the reservation.

Prices set forth on the PS website or in any quotation may be changed or withdrawn by PS at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect Membership fees, services, or reservations that have already been paid. Payment of any applicable use fees for PS is due at the time of reservation and will be charged to Your account directly. All fees are subject to cancellation policies set forth in these Terms and Conditions. A valid credit card is required to create your account with PS and all charges and fees will be charged directly to that account.

 

PS is not obligated to accept any reservation. If a reservation is accepted, a confirmation notice will be sent via email, and such confirmed reservation shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions described herein.

 

Members utilizing agents or third parties to make reservations shall be deemed to be aware of and accept these Terms and Conditions (including those pertaining to the provision of personal and travel information). In such cases, the full name(s) of the passenger(s) with confirmed flight reservations must be specified. Any person using an Agent or third party to make reservations with PS shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Exclusions

Members using PS services are responsible for monitoring airline schedules and any potential changes to flight times prior to their arrival at PS. Current flight information will be available at PS. PS reserves the right to cancel reservations for any reason including, without limitation, operational, safety, capacity, or security requirements. In the event of cancellation by PS any fee paid for that use will be refunded. IN SUCH INSTANCES, PS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR LOSS ARISING FROM SUCH CANCELLATION.

 

PS accepts no liability for losses, delays or disruptions incurred as a result of:

  • Incorrect information being supplied to PS by its Members, their delegates and associates, or by airlines;
  • Acts or omissions of any third party including independent service providers, airlines, security, and border control authorities;
  • Ground handlers or third party transport arranged by or on behalf of the Member;
  • Any loss or delay caused by matters beyond the reasonable control of PS, including but not limited to: riot, civil unrest, strikes, interruption of power, airport orders; or orders of any other civil authority, natural disasters, TSA/CBP requirements or orders, security alerts, etc.;
  • Flight delays or cancellations, or unannounced gate changes.

 

PS shall not be liable to any Member, under any conditions, for any:

  • Loss of profits;
  • Loss of revenue;
  • Loss of use;
  • Loss of or corruption to data or information;
  • Indirect, punitive, incidental, reliance, special, exemplary or consequential damages of any kind.

 

Except for gross negligence or willful misconduct by PS or its employees, Our total aggregate liability in contract, tort (including negligence), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise in connection with the use of PS shall not exceed the per use or Membership fee actually paid by the Member.

 

PS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to visit reservePS.com regularly to check for updates. These Terms and Conditions may not be modified by language contained in any purchase order, invoice, or other business form.

Privacy Policy

By using our services or our website, you and your authorized representatives agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, which Privacy Policy is expressly incorporated herein by reference. Our Privacy Policy provides further information regarding the use of personal data we may collect from you and/or your authorized representatives. Our Privacy Policy also describes certain rights applicable to residents of the European Union under the General Protection Data Regulation (“GDPR”), and rights applicable to residents of California under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”). PS reserves the right to modify the Privacy Policy from time to time. **Valet Parking

Valet parking is provided by Douglas Parking (http://www.douglasparking.com/), an unaffiliated independent contractor. Vehicles may be parked on or off site as space allows. PLEASE NOTE:  The acceptance of valet parking services constitutes an agreement between the vehicle owner, and PS and Douglas that (1) PS and Douglas are not responsible for loss or damage to any vehicle as a result of fire, theft, ordinary or gross negligence, or otherwise, unless it shall appear that the loss or damage was caused by a willful act of PS, Douglas, or its employees. (2) PS and Douglas are not responsible for articles left in vehicles. Please remove anything of value from your vehicle. (3) All claims for any loss or damage must be presented before vehicle leaves our facility. (4) Employees are not authorized to change the terms of the agreement.

PS is a Members-only private club operated by The Private Suite LLC.

 

Whenever the term “PS”, “we”, “our” or “us” is used herein, it shall refer to PS locations. “You”, “your” and “Member” shall refer to the American Express Centurion Member/Passenger. American Express exclusive space refers to the experience provided for Centurion level American Express cardholders only.

Membership - American Express Benefit at PS

The American Express Member benefit for Centurion cardholders provides 1) PS Membership to the cardholder 2) special Member rates for Private Suite and The Salon access and 3) exclusive access to the American Express space at PS LAX, subject to these special Terms and Conditions.

 

In the event of any conflict or disparity between these terms, services, or provisions and those applicable to PS published elsewhere, these provisions shall be controlling for all passengers.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR AGENTS & DESIGNEES

Agents or designees acting on behalf of Members are obligated to ensure that Members are made fully aware of these Terms and Conditions, under which PS has agreed to provide Service. PS is relying upon you to fully inform Members of these Terms and Conditions, either by providing Members a printed copy, by asking Members to review these Terms and Conditions online, or by informing Members in some other way.

Access to the American Express Exclusive Space

Use fees apply as indicated in The American Express Benefit Terms. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Use of PS facilities constitutes your consent to submit all charges to your credit card on file. The American Express Member benefit for Centurion cardholders entitles each Member access to the American Express exclusive space, and to the benefits described in these polices, subject to the By-Laws of the Club and all of these Terms and Conditions.

 

The American Express exclusive space is a shared, non-private lounge located at PS LAX. Transportation to and from the aircraft will take place on LAX’s airfield, and may include a shared SUV or van with other passengers going to nearby gates or terminals.

 

The use fees for the American Express exclusive space are “per person.” Non-traveling guests, persons under the age of 21 and pets or emotional support animals (ESAs) are not permitted in the American Express exclusive space.

 

Private Suite and American Express exclusive space reservations may be used for a maximum of three hours (6 hours for connecting passengers using the private suite service) subject to availability.  PS reserves the right to limit use to a maximum of two hours and/or to transfer passengers to a shared environment after the two hour maximum when capacity is exceeded. 

 

Additional charges may apply to special services not included in the services described below.

 

PS assumes no responsibility for any damage or loss arising from use of Internet access.

The PS Direct service is available at PS LAX on Domestic Arrivals Only.

PS Direct service includes local transportation within 25 miles of LAX. Additional mileage may incur additional charges.

 

PS Direct service includes:

  • Transportation from aircraft door directly to your home or hotel* (no stops at PS)
  • Freshly prepared boxed meal upon landing (as requested)

Professional, special or additional services are available at the Private Suite level only.

 

Professional services available for the Private Suite service level (e.g. manicure, massage, hair, etc.) require a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours advance reservation. Other special or additional services requested by a Member with at least 24 hours’ notice will be accommodated whenever practical and possible. Any costs, charges, or expenses incurred in the delivery of such special additional services will be charged directly to Your account in addition to standard fees and charges.

 

At the Private Suite service level, Members may receive one of each of the below services, at no charge, per reservation.

  • Chair or table massage
  • Haircut or barber service

These services are supplied by independent licensed professionals and PS is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from these services. Gratuities to licensed professional service providers is in the discretion of the guest.

When using PS services, all luggage to be checked must arrive at PS facility prior to the time specified by your airline but in no event later than 120 minutes prior to international flight departure time, and no later than 90 minutes prior to domestic flight departure time. At the time of your final confirmation email, you will be provided an arrival time window. Members and luggage arriving later than the specified arrival window may result in delays in service and might not be accepted or boarded by airlines. In the event a Member’s actions prevent successful service, any charges are non-refundable and non-transferable. PS shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or luggage handling errors caused by regulatory agencies, airlines, luggage handling crews, or others, once luggage leaves possession of Our personnel. PS has no liability for jewelry, precious metals, cash, or any other high value personal property in any luggage whether or not such contents are known to PS.

 

PS personnel do not board aircraft or enter the luggage hold to retrieve luggage. Regulations require that we wait until the airline offloads, identifies, and delivers checked luggage. That process is beyond our control and we are not responsible for any delays resulting therefrom.

 

Passengers must comply with airline terms and conditions (including any luggage restrictions) at all times. PS is not responsible for airline scheduling errors, ticketing errors, delays, or other circumstances beyond Our reasonable control.

 

PS will not intervene in disputes between an airline and Members or their guests, or between TSA, CBP or other governmental agencies, Members, or their guests. While at PS, Members and their guests must comply with any direction or instruction given by any PS staff member, Los Angeles World Airports Police Department, ATL, LAX, TSA, CBP officers or other governmental agencies. Members and their guests must comply with all applicable security, customs and immigration regulations. PS is not responsible for delays resulting from any act or omission of the aforementioned agencies.

 

PS reserves the right to charge a Member’s account for any damage caused to PS facilities, and for any items that are removed from the facilities without permission of PS by Members or their guests.

Service Animals

PS permits Trained Service Animals (as defined by the United States Department of Transportation) to enter into all areas on-site, including the American Express exclusive space and Private Suites, subject to the following:

 

The Service Animal must not:

  • Pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others;
  • Cause a significant disruption at PS; or
  • Violate any applicable health requirements – e.g., applicable quarantine rules from animals arriving from international countries
Pets (including Emotional Support animals)

Pets, including without limitation Emotional Support animals, are not permitted in the American Express exclusive space at any time. Members wishing to travel with pets may utilize Private Suites, subject to the following:

 

The Member must have received permission from the applicable air carrier to travel with the pet and complied with all of its requirements (PS does not accept any responsibility with respect to whether the air carrier permits the pet to travel in cabin or any limitations that might apply).

 

The pet must not:

  • Pose a direct threat to the health or safety of others;
  • Cause a significant disruption at PS; or
  • Violate any applicable health requirements – e.g., applicable quarantine rules from animals arriving from international countries
Airline Delays

In the event of airline delay beyond the designated period of Your reservation, PS will make every effort to continue to accommodate Your use of the facility. However, PS reserves the right to relocate the Member to a shared lounge or off-site facilities, including airline lounges when necessary. PS is not responsible for airline delays of any kind.

PS Reservation System

All passengers using PS are expected to have a confirmed flight reservation before reserving services with PS and will be asked to provide the confirmation number at the time of reservation. All passengers require valid photo identification, and in the case of international flights, valid passports. Members are solely responsible for meeting all applicable TSA and Customs requirements.

 

Reservations must be completed at least 24-hours’ in advance of the departing or arriving flight time.

 

Reservations requested upon less than 24 hours-notice will be accommodated subject to availability, airline and CBP/TSA regulations, and will incur an additional service fee of 45% of the published Member use fee.

 

Advance reservation does not guarantee service. All services at PS are subject to operational capacity and availability.

 

Members requiring wheelchair assistance or requiring other special accommodations are expected to inform PS when making the reservation.

 

Pets or emotional support animals (ESAs) are not permitted in the American Express exclusive space. Members who intend to travel with a pet or ESA should contact PS Member Services to reserve the Private Suite service.

 

Persons under the age of 21 are restricted from using the American Express exclusive space.

 

American Express Centurion Members may include non-cardholders on their reservation as long as their guests are traveling on the same flight. Charges for use of the American Express exclusive space at PS are $550 per traveler.

 

Prices set forth on the PS website or in any quotation may be changed or withdrawn by PS at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect Membership fees, services, or reservations that have already been paid. Payment of any applicable use fees for PS is due at the time of reservation and will be charged to Your account directly. All fees are subject to cancellation policies set forth in these Terms and Conditions. A valid credit card is required to create your account with PS LAX and all charges and fees will be charged directly to that account.

 

PS is not obligated to accept any reservation. If a reservation is accepted, a confirmation notice will be sent via email, and such confirmed reservation shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions described herein.

 

Members utilizing agents or third parties to make reservations shall be deemed to be aware of and accept these Terms and Conditions (including those pertaining to the provision of personal and travel information). In such cases, the full name(s) of the passenger(s) with confirmed flight reservations must be specified. Any person using an Agent or third party to make reservations with PS shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Exclusions

Members using PS services are responsible for monitoring airline schedules and any potential changes to flight times prior to their arrival at PS. Current flight information will be available at PS. PS reserves the right to cancel reservations for any reason including, without limitation, operational, safety, capacity, or security requirements. In the event of cancellation by PS any fee paid for that use will be refunded. IN SUCH INSTANCES, PS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR LOSS ARISING FROM SUCH CANCELLATION.

 

PS accepts no liability for losses, delays or disruptions incurred as a result of:

  • Incorrect information being supplied to PS by its Members, their delegates and associates, or by airlines;
  • Acts or omissions of any third party including independent service providers, airlines, security, and border control authorities;
  • Ground handlers or third party transport arranged by or on behalf of the Member;
  • Any loss or delay caused by matters beyond the reasonable control of PS, including but not limited to: riot, civil unrest, strikes, interruption of power, airport orders; or orders of any other civil authority, natural disasters, TSA/CBP requirements or orders, security alerts, etc.;
  • Flight delays or cancellations, or unannounced gate changes.

 

PS shall not be liable to any Member, under any conditions, for any:

  • Loss of profits;
  • Loss of revenue;
  • Loss of use;
  • Loss of or corruption to data or information;
  • Indirect, punitive, incidental, reliance, special, exemplary or consequential damages of any kind.

 

Except for gross negligence or willful misconduct by PS or its employees, our total aggregate liability in contract, tort (including negligence), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise in connection with the use of PS shall not exceed the per use or Membership fee actually paid by the Member.

 

PS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to visit reservePS.com regularly to check for updates. These Terms and Conditions may not be modified by language contained in any purchase order, invoice, or other business form.

Privacy Policy

By using our services or our website, you and your authorized representatives agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, which Privacy Policy is expressly incorporated herein by reference. Our Privacy Policy provides further information regarding the use of personal data we may collect from you and/or your authorized representatives. Our Privacy Policy also describes certain rights applicable to residents of the European Union under the General Protection Data Regulation (“GDPR”), and rights applicable to residents of California under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”). PS reserves the right to modify the Privacy Policy from time to time. **Valet Parking

Valet parking is provided by Douglas Parking (http://www.douglasparking.com/), an unaffiliated independent contractor. Vehicles may be parked on or off site as space allows. PLEASE NOTE:  The acceptance of valet parking services constitutes an agreement between the vehicle owner, and PS and Douglas that (1) PS and Douglas are not responsible for loss or damage to any vehicle as a result of fire, theft, ordinary or gross negligence, or otherwise, unless it shall appear that the loss or damage was caused by a willful act of PS, Douglas, or its employees. (2) PS and Douglas are not responsible for articles left in vehicles. Please remove anything of value from your vehicle. (3) All claims for any loss or damage must be presented before vehicle leaves our facility. (4) Employees are not authorized to change the terms of the agreement.
