The Salon Menu at PS


Menu exquisitely curated by Executive Chef Matt Roman and Sous Chef Crystal Kim.

Everything on our menu is prepared to order when you arrive to PS. Please allow 15-20 minutes for our chef to freshly create hot menu items. Upon request, all items on our food menu can be packaged for departing flights or for your vehicle.

Bircher-Muesli – overnight oats, condensed milk, greek yogurt, oat milk, pecans, seasonal fruit, mint (gf/v)

Avocado Toast – sourdough slab, smashed avocado, radish, prosciutto, poached egg (df)

Salmon Tartine – beet cured applewood smoked salmon, alpine bread, crème fraiche, dill, charred cucumber, borage flower

Seasonal Fruit Plate – a chef selected plate of seasonal fruit (v/vg/df/gf)


Charcuterie & Cheese Board – a curated selection of meats and cheeses with house-made accoutrements

Crudité – seasonal vegetables with ranch, house aioli, and seasonal hummus (v/gf)

Margherita Flatbread – house-made marinara, fresh mozzarella, basil and tomato (v)

Seasonal Flatbread – chef’s seasonal choice

Grilled Broccolini – red bell pepper and pecan muhammara, cardamom dressing, dates, almonds, mint (v/df)

Za’atar Fries – house-made french fries, mediterranean aioli, harissa ketchup, tartar sauce (v/gf/df)

Jackfruit Vegan Curry Tacos – cucumber raita, naan bread, tomatoes, shallots, cilantro (vg/df)



Kale Caesar Salad – seasonal kale, roasted garlic caesar dressing, sourdough crouton crumble, parmesan cheese

Beet Salad – roasted and pickled beets, red oak lettuce, pistachios, blackberries, goat cheese, fennel (v/gf)

Soba Noodle Bowl – cucumber, edamame, pickled daikon, scallion, sesame vinaigrette, radish, cashews, sesame seeds (v/vg/df)

Protein options: steak, chicken, salmon



Bánh Mi – char sui pork, pickled cucumber daikon, carrot, jalapeño, cilantro, umami aioli, baguette (df)

Cauliflower Roll – new england style cauliflower roll, brioche bun, celery, fennel (v)

PS Turkey Sandwich – smoked turkey breast, cucumbers, onion sprouts, fig jam, soft boiled egg, and prosciutto on Clark St. Bread Co. seeded sourdough 

PS Burger – signature blend, tomato jam, pickled red onion, butter lettuce, american cheese, mayonnaise (*our smashed burger can only be made fully cooked for maximum flavor and crust)



Cookies – a selection of three warm cookies and a bottle of milk of your preference

Seasonal Sorbet – a selection of seasonal sorbets and fruit (df/gf/v/vg)

PS Martini – Chopin potato vodka, a whisper of lillet blanc, garnished with house stuffed blue cheese olives

Runway Mary – Grey goose vodka, craft bloody mary mix, garnished with a sun dried tomato, an olive, cornichon pickle and a sprig of rosemary, served over ice

Jalapeño Margarita – jalapeño-infused ET Tesoro tequila, fresh lime juice, agave, lime wheel and jalapeño garnish

Espresso Martini – Grey goose l’orange, licor 43, freshly brewed espresso, lemon peel garnish, served up
